Filing for an eviction can be a frustrating bureaucratic experience. It requires an owner or their representative to submit & file time sensitive documents properly with the court system. Failure to do so can cost you money and worst time... Imagine someone who knows you are trying to put them out of "their" house being given an extra week to possibly take their frustrations out on YOUR house!

Our Eviction Services has got you covered. From serving notices, court filings & ensuring your Eviction is Served promptly and properly we help you get possession of your home as fast as possible. Fee is $275; Available FREE when a standard Management Agreement is Executed & New Tenant Placed in Property requiring eviction (link to 360 Page) . Includes the following:

° Preparation of Compliant Three-Day Letter.
° Pre-file intervention on Owners Behalf.
° Delivery of 24 Hour Notice of Intent to inspect.
° Pre-file Inspection & Report (When Possible).
° Personally Posting Three-Day Letter.
° Everything is Done Personally(not by mail) to ensure fastest processing time. (This is a difference Maker!!!)

° Filing of Formal Eviction 1st Day Eligible after 5 day service period.
° Our couriers take completed documentation to the Sheriff's office for payment.
° Our staff will contact the courts & sheriffs office to make sure no delays are occurring.
° Their staff does a great job, but mistakes & delays do happen.
° Every day has a dollar amount tied to it (Monthly Rent divided by # of days in that month times the number of days delayed.)

° Appearance as Representative* in court when an answer is filed.
° for Final Possession 1st Day Eligible after 24 Hour.
° Scheduling Possession Appointment.
° Meeting Sheriff's to obtain legal possession of Property.

This service is free* (Reimbursed later) when a standard Management Agreement is executed on the property & a new tenant is placed.
