Descriptions should include number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the community or geographical area in which you would like to reside i.e. Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre-East Hill, Milton, Close to NAS or Eglin-etc. The more specific - The better.   Then add your desired monthly payment and list your special needs addressing questions such as large yard, pets, garage or other features you want in your new home.
