Post-rental Inspection- Both 72 hours and 30 days after occupancy inspections are performed. This is extremely important most damage occurs during the move in and out. This also requires the tenant to document any existing or absence of damage so they can be held to account at the end of the lease for any damage. In addition to this it allows us to ensure that no persons, pets or other information disclosed by the tenant was misrepresented during the screening phase.
