Costs- Zero up front costs you do not pay until we bring you a qualified tenant. We have multiple programs & our fee is 100 percent tax deductible*. If fees are the only obstacle stopping you from having your home professionally managed, then there is no obstacle. Our standard fee:

• 50(fifty) percent of the 1st month's rent this accounts for advertising, showing, Screening as well as Lease & Initial processing.
• 10(ten) percent of each subsequent month.
